    I’d have to take a look at your setup more closely. Would you be able to send administrator credentials to [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]

    @thomstark Please do not request log in credentials for your user’s installations again. I know that you are trying to help, and that’s very cool, but that’s going too far and is actively discouraged in these forums.

    @jan Demboski: I wouldn’t usually give admin access, but Thom is great in assiting his users and this is really an odd error (as you already know, given my previous message in WP Support forums).
    I also did a backup first ??

    Thanks for informing me, Jan. I did not know this was discouraged. That will limit my ability to provide support in many cases, as time is an issue for me. I’ll create a form letter of my own, a stock response to cover all the bases. It’ll be more impersonal, but I suppose that’s the way the world is moving.

    Webby, everything seems to be working now, but I didn’t touch anything. You have two plugins recently made inactive. Maybe one of those was the culprit?
