Odd behavoir of Optimizer frontpage when scrolling down and going back to top

  • I suffer an odd behavoir of Optimizer theme frontpage (WordPress 5.2.3): when I scroll down to the bottom of the frontpage and then scroll up to the top; a darker horizontal band (of variable unpredictable height) appear in the logo and menu area. If I refresh the frontpage, it disappear.
