Odd install.php error

I am having difficulty with a new installation of WordPress. I have it running under a different domain/account without a problem, but under a new install (completely different server/domain) I’m getting the following error when I attempt to run install.php:

“The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.”

DBName, User, PW are all correct. And as I said, this is running fine with the same host, but different domain and account.

Any help appreciated. Thanks
