I’ve noticed this line appears when the quantity of the product is only x1. I’m sure that when I started creating this website, the quantity box appeared and would not let me increase the quantity because it was only x1. But now this strange line appears.
I’ve disabled all of the plugins and cleared the cache from the website and the host, but had no luck.
I’ve also temporarily disabled ALL of the custom CSS in the Avada >> Options >> Custom CSS but still no luck! So now I’m lost.

Any help is very much appreciated.
    Regards

  • Hi @simple5imon

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that a strange line is appearing on your single products page when the quantity of the product is only 1, correct?

Can you please share with us the URL or the link your site so taht we could check this further?

Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!

    Hey xue28
    Thanks for the quick reply.

I managed to fix it, sort of. I think it’s because i set the option (using Avada) to ‘STACKED’ instead of ‘FLOATED’
