Oder without adress

    I received an order on my e-commerce site, without the billing address, name, email of the client. How is that possible because normally, if the required files of the checkout page are not filled, it’s not possible to go further?

    The payment method was PayPal.?

    First time an order without adress was on August, 5th 2023 – and August, 30th 2023 and now on December, 8th 2023.

    I understand that some orders on your site are having incomplete details even though these are required fields on your checkout page, correct?

    Can you please check if there are any patterns to these orders? Like, same products, same billing or shipping address, same customer, etc?

    In addition, please provide us a screenshot of the whole order details including the order notes for these orders so that we could check this further?
