OceanWP theme gives a technical difficulties Error

  • during last 1 month i tried many solution to use OceanWP but it gives technical difficulties error
    the disappointed point is that OceanWP is the only theme that gives this error and the others work properly

    in 5.6 version of PHP error says
    <Fatal error: Call to a member function get_css_wrapper_selector() on boolean in /home/ietudeco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/settings/page/model.php on line 104 The site is experiencing technical difficulties.>
    and when I upgrade version of PHP tp 7.3 it says only
