  • Hi Rob,

Do you have it set so that the FAQs are all displayed on page load? If so, that is why the views aren’t being counted, because they are not being viewed individually. If you set it so that they expand when you click on the FAQ title then they will count as individual views.

No, they are NOT set to all be displayed. Please take a look. Thank you.

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for the link. I don’t see any FAQs on that page. And if I use the search functionality, it brings up the default WordPress search results page with a list of FAQ posts. It doesn’t look like you’re using the [ultimate-faqs] shortcode to generate your FAQs. If you use the shortcode to display your FAQs on a specific page, then the views will be counted.

We’ll look into adding the counted views to the single post pages, having not done so yet because we hadn’t accounted for the fact that people might be using the plugin without using the shortcode.

My apologies, I just gave you to front page link assuming you would look at a couple of the pages linked to see the FAQs. Here is a direct link to a page with FAQs.

    Hi Rob,

After doing a lot of testing, we were able to isolate an issue that was indeed blocking the views from being counted. We’ve applied a fix and released an update. Please install the latest version (1.3.2).
