Off Canvas Filter does not show ups

  • Dear team,

    I am using Elementor Pro and I would like to display the Off Canvas Filter for WooCommerce. I have everything done in the widget section and further more, I have activated the Off Canvas Filter in the Customizer.

    Do you know why it is not showing the filter?

    Are you using the elementor of the canvas filter? If yes, Oceanwp does not control the elementor settings/designs, please try to check your settings. It could be also an issue of plugin conflict. Try to disable all the nonocean plugin except elementor and woocmmerce and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    If you are to enable the theme off-canvas filter, please go to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Archive, scroll down and enable the display filter button in the off-canvas filter section.

    Please share the shop page link also to check the issue.

    Hi Abishek,

    I would like to use the ocean wp off-canvas filter. I would like to add the filter with elementor drag and drop, but elementor does not show the filter and I dont know why.

    I have activated everything on the customizer and I have already disabled and enabled all plugins and I really don’t know, why it is not showing properly.

    I hope you can help me.

    Off-canvas filter elementor widget is the part of the ocean elementor widget plugin which is a pro plugin. That is the reason for not appearing.
