off canvas not responsive

    Hello
    There is an error in the off canvas widget, IT IS NOT RESPONSIVE FOR WOOCOMMERC

    I have configured off canvas as search engine, adding search engine, adding woo shortcode products, which does not make it responsive, it only takes it as 1 COLUMN. in the PC version I have to adjust one product for each one to two columns, something that is not good practice

    For the mobile version I have put 2 columns, it does not work in the mobile version. It only shows me the products with 1 column.

    I explain well.

    I thought it was woocommerce but it was your plugin

    I have two menus. one for pc and one for mobile. in both cases I use the OFF canvas, but something happens.
    When you edit the off canvas in the PC menu, it also changes to the other mobile menu, which should not happen because there are supposed to be two different menus and one of them is hidden to work according to the device.

    In other words, you can’t have 2 of canvas because editing its content changes to the other one.

    I want to have 2 off canvas, one for PC and one for mobile, something that doesn’t work, because as I told you, if you change one, it changes to the other.

    There is a fix in that widgets

    @ahmedamir This a very extremly important question and you need to answer yes or no. No games at all, that will have real consequences here.

    Are you using that support ticket to gain access to a forum user’s site? Be it login to their site, ssh, etc.

    No games, just an answer please.

    @maxiec Do not use short links in these forums, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours into the link field.

    That field cannot be seen by search engines and is only visible to logged in forum users.

    We are really sorry about the issue you’re facing with the Off Canvas widget. The content changing issue on the PC and Mobile version of the Off Canvas widget due to using the same copy of the widget.

    Lets say, if you first customized the Off Canvas widget for the PC version and duplicated the widget on the mobile version also then this issue will happen. As the both widget has the same unique ID, the content will change on both widget. We have successfully reproduced this issue on our end also and already discussed this matter with my development team. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed in our future update.

    For now as a workaround, you can delete the Off Canvas widget for the mobile version and then drag and drop the widget from the Elementor widget panel. Then you can customize the content as per your need. This way the content will be different for both version of the Off Canvas widget.

    After trying this above solution if you still face the same issue please let us know. We will be glad to help you regarding this matter.

    Hi @jdembowski ,

    I thought the user is a Pro user and that is why I asked him to open a support ticket at our support center. As I was not clear about the issue the user was having, I would have asked for screencast and system information to reproduce it on my end. There was no intention of getting access or anything. We always reproduce on our own environment.

    However, this is a mistake from me and in future I will not repeat this again. I will ask necessary information in the support thread and will provide solution if I know. Otherwise, I will consult with my senior team member and then reply.

    Also, I didn’t ignore the mod. I was confused with the question asked and couldn’t reply back. This was totally unintentional. Please accept my sincere apologies.
