Off Canvas Panel is not working proerly from Instgram

If opening the site from mobile directly, your site works?

To easy start debugging, please create and share a report number. This can be done from LSC => Toolbox => Reports => click on “Send to Litespeed”

Hi thanks for the update, I’ll enabled now the plugin again but please connect from Instgram not from mobile browser ..

Means, open instgram, go to account “brands.line20”, and then in the profile go to brandsline.co.il then open the menu bar, and you will not see the inside menu

I see a difference because of parameters that appear when visiting page from Instagram app.

And visiting this link on any browser I see the same thing: empty menu just login.

There are 2 places you can look into:
– In LSC:
1) make sure the setting https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#drop-query-string has fbclid on 1 row
2) To setting: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#do-not-cache-query-strings add fbclid to 1 row
After each settign clear cache and run the test on your phone.
– MAYBE a plugin is changing the html based on fbclid parameter presence.

2) To setting:?https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#do-not-cache-query-strings?add?fbclid?to 1 row

I did it, nothig happens, issue stille exsit

1- the “fbclid” line exist in LSC -> Cache -> Cache -> Drop Query String
2- I added “fbclid” line to LSC -> Cache -> Excludes -> Do Not Cache Query Strings

I pressed Empty Entire Cache in LSC -> Toolbox -> Empty Entire Cache
And the issue still there

Hi, any update on this?

We do promote ads on Instgram and we need a fix for this issue since some users connect to our website from the Instgram app

Meanawhile I’ll disable the pluging until we find a sulotion
