Off-site URL not replacing in some file paths

    There are a few files referenced in my site’s HTML code where WP Super Cache is not replacing the site URL with the off-site URL in the file name, using the off-site URL specified in the CDN tab.

    Most of the URLs are getting replaced on the page with the off-site URL, but a couple are not. Any idea why?

    I have already tried clearing the cache, and I also tried uninstalling completely and then reinstalling. Neither attempt fixed the issue.
