Offer comes up Sold Out when it's not

I’ve been trying to sort this out for hours, your help is greatly appreciated. We have an offer that comes up as sold out on our website but in the top spin store it is available.
If you click on the text link you will be able to purchase it but not directly from the store page as the purchase button is grayed out and says Sold Out. We’ve synced it several times and the plugin has been updated. Are you able to help us fix this?Store page – grayed Sold Out:
