Offer coupon on exiting website

Hello. Is there a way to setup Mailjet to offer a coupon when a visitor clicks in a link that takes him to another website? The idea is that on clicking the link, it will open a Mailjet subscription form. If he subscripes he would receive a one time coupon. If he does not subscribe and proceeds to another website, he would not receive any coupon.
