Offer description visible on not discounted items (still not working)

Hi, if I go in settings > offer description
and I enable “Show offer description on detail page” and select “All” as “price rule”, I see the description in ANY product page and not only in those affected by some active price rule (or either any price rule, not active included).
If I select a specific price rule, it works, but I need different rules active and all the affected products should show the description.

I mean: If I have two active rules, one for products in category A, and the other for products in category B, If I select “All” I should see it in products in cat. A and B, while I see it on EVERY product in my shop. Even those in categories not affected by the rules.

While if I disable every rule, the offer description correctly is not visible anymore or, if I select a single rule, it correctly shows the text only in affected products.

Any idea how to fix it?

I opened another topic about it, you marked it as solved, but the problem remains. I commented it but got no answer.
