Offer not showing up

    Hi, i have setup an order bump, but the offer doesn’t show up. I have set up an offer to show up when adding the the cart one of the products called “Love, the greatest power of inner transformation“. I tried various combination of product triggering the offer, and various offers, but i was not able to have the plugin display the offer bump in any of the combination i tried. Would you know why it doesn’t work?

    hi, thank you for your message, i just tried to check again this morning the issue, and for some reason, when changing the position of the offer in the settings, it ended up apearing (although i put it on the same position as earlier), so there might have been some cache issue in the admin somewhere.

    i had the same problem here, changing the default position made the offer show, thanks for the information @ckriegel
