Office 365 w/ Oauth?

On the main plugin page, it has instructions for getting an API secret key and id for Microsoft Live/Hotmail/Office. When I enter the SMTP server as smtp.office365.com, the setup goes through but never asks me for a place to enter that information for the application. The “How will you authenticate?” question on the wizard is also just empty. What’s the proper way to authenticate this and set it up? Is my wizard broken? If I go to “All Settings” and choose “Oauth2” as the authentication method, it says “Enter an Outgoing Mail Server with OAuth2 capabilities.”
