    If you purchased WP All Import Pro or any of our add-ons, you should e-mail [email protected] for priority support.

    Common Questions

    “WP All Import is broken. Halp plz 1!!$1!”
    Unlikely. Try reproducing the problem at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug or consulting our troubleshooting guide: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/advanced/troubleshooting/

    “You told me you needed my login details.”
    For obvious reasons, we can’t handle support requests that require login details in a public forum. You need to e-mail us for support.

    “I e-mailed you but didn’t get a reply!”
    If you received an automatic response, it means we received your ticket.

    If you aren’t getting an automatic response confirming we received your message when you filled out our support form or e-mailed us, then it means either:

    – You can’t receive our e-mails
    – We can’t receive your e-mails (probably, your e-mail provider was blacklisted for spam)

    We’re using Groove and they process millions of messages each year. We don’t have any e-mail deliverability problems – the messages we send get delivered unless there’s a problem on your end.

    E-mail us from an alternative address – hosted on a different server, by a different mail provider.
