    Hi Milind More

Thanks for allowing me to create a new support ticket.

I have the error with my AMP Plugin. “Something went wrong Check your connection and open your browser console to see if there are any error messages”.

I am using Tagdiv Newspaper theme (Paid) with its mobile plugin witch is fully supported with official AMP Plugin. The domain URL is [ redundant link removed ]

I followed all of your instructions mentioned in “Support UUID : ampwp-2379f821-dccd-59c9-b0d8-45cedf8080f1” like installing “Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin”. I also disabled all plugins manually, as well as installed a default theme, but problem is still there.

Please mention any other plugin to resolve this issue as I am not an expert.

    Waiting help

    Thanks again

    Hello @techsaainfo

Sorry for the late response, we tried to debug issues with your setup but we are unable to find it.

the issue might be related to one of your mu-plugins (must-use plugins) or your cache plugin which is sending HTML comments along with JSON response and conflicting with the site scan.

The Object Cache Pro and Lite Speed cache plugins are known to add HTML comments in JSON response.

Additionally, Please make sure all your plugins and themes are PHP 8.1 compatible if not then please downgrade to PHP 8.0 or PHP 7.4, AMP plugin is compatible with PHP 8.1

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Milind More

I am more than happy to have your reply and my problem is resolved.

I was already using the latest version of PHP as you mentioned and I am not using Lite Speed cache or Object cache pro as well.

My problem is solved by disabling a Bluehost MU Cache (Cache Level=0). Maybe that plugin was creating a conflict with wp super cache plugin.

    Thanks A lot
