Hi! I have paid version and I sent a message from “My account” several days ago and I didn’t get a reply. I am trying here.

    Sergio,

Sorry for missing your email. I just got back to the email you sent this morning, but I can reply here as well.

It sounds like there may be a conflict with another plugin or potentially the site’s theme. In a recent update, we started using a new templating library, and the error makes it sound like another plugin is also using it but a different version.

On your staging site, can you try deactivating all plugins besides Independent Analytics and check if it fixes the issue? Then, you can reactivate them one at a time to find out which one caused the conflict.

    Hi Sergio,

I wanted to let you know that if the above steps didn’t work, you should see these errors fixed with today’s update.
