    Hello,

    It would be very nice if your official support for PAYING customers would answer our questions. You say within 24 or 48 hours. It’s almost a week now, I sent two messages, not a single reaction… Question is related to the payment and subscriptions.

    I don’t remember precisely, could have been Monday or Tuesday and then Friday. Email for the account is info and my username here as the domain plus .com
