    After the installation, the path /wp-admin/admin.php is not more available because this system error:

    When I removed manually the plugin, the path /wp-admin/admin.php is back to work.

    Some facts:

    • My WordPress version is 4.1
    • In my WordPress I have enabled the WordPress Network
    • The plugin was installed without problems
    • The plugin was Network actived without problems
    • The path /login configurated by the plugin was fully functionally

    Hi Fabpat, Sorry that you seem to be having issues with Ultimate Member after installing it on your site. It would have been nice if you could contact us via support to see if we could fix this for you before you posted your review.

    Please note we only launched the plugin 2 weeks ago so I am sure you can understand that there could be one or two compatibility issues between.

    We would love for you to open a support topic so we can discuss this issue with you and we will try and get this fixed for you.

    We have just released a priority update that fixes the following error you reported:

    WordPress database error
    You have an error in your SQL syntax;
    check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near
    'AND comment_approved = "1" AND comment_type IN ("comment", "")'

    Yes, I have installed and tested the last version.
    The fix have resolved the problem and both official login and ultimate member /login are well-functioning.

    Glad to get this fixed for you! We would really appreciate if you could try the plugin out and if you like it, if you could please consider altering your review.

    We have spent 7 months working full-time on this plugin before we released it 2 weeks ago and we would hate for people to be put off by a 1 star review that turned out to be a small bug that we were able to fix in 5 mins.

    If you try the plugin out and still feel that it is worthy of a 1 star review we understand but we would be extremely grateful if you could base your review after trying out the plugin now that this issue has been fixed.

    Just so that everyone reads this review, this rating is not “genuine” – Here is why, we’ve attempted to fix the bug after 5minutes from receiving the rating (Yes 5minutes, no other plugin does that we believe), even though the person never ever tried to contact our customer support to receive a response/reply, or a fix.

    Here’s a proof that the database error shown above is not valid reason for the review/rating:

    However, the person doing the review here refuses to:

    1. Send us any support question / write a support topic, write a comment or anything
    2. Explain a reason for the review

    We maintain support throughout www.ads-software.com and our own forums, we provide support around the clock, even during weekends which you, genuine users can verify. Our plugin is open-source and will be free forever as well.

    Again, the person sending the review here never contacted our support, and his reason is not valid as this issue has been fixed.

    If you are a real person with a genuine reason to rate the plugin 1 star, please reply to me with the reason, so at least we can correct the problems or issues (if there is any) That, if your rating is really genuine ( I doubt ) because you’d have approached our “friendly” support and get a fast response on any issue like all other users here:

    At last, I just want to say that we do not give much weight to these “random” and non-genuine ratings, as they are not going to stop the fast-growing plugin development (which seems to make some of them angry). We know that too many people LOVE it already and that will keep us going!

    This is not going to stop the plugin development, and all the awesome people who “understand” and “can use support” are happy! So we are!

    I am sorry but we do not have to be gods to take your “approval”, php notices are not errors that stop plugin from working, and even if there were some php warnings we could fix them if you were even “kind enough” to post a support request. You do not like that route, enjoy the review, we simply are not going to give much weight to it. As you’re not really interested in support, and we’re not interested in users who review our plugin without any support contact or posting at least prior to the issue – And please go to ANY, I mean ANY plugin on the wordpress repo and pick any plugin that does not have any current issues and none of current bugs, even the biggest plugins have issues – but the question is: Do they fix the errors or not? That’s what you should base your review on. I can understand that you do not like how fast we progressed and how much we developed the plugin, please look at alternatives and hopefully you will find one that has 0 issues and are up to date like Ultimate Member. Posting this so the world can see who is being on the fair side here.

    No one of our forums reported that their site went blank. That was the first report ever, so seriously how we would fix it before seeing it? Just insight? I think, that normal action is to report issue, and if someone does not get answers or solutions – they have all rights to review the plugin even -5 ?? You choose that route, so good for you. We’re not bothered because we’re doing what we should do, perfectly. We didn’t ignore a support request, or ignored a message from you.
