Offline forms in iPad?

    Hello,
    I′m searching for a solution where I have a advanced form that must work offline in a iPad. When later access to WiFi the forms (multiple persons results in several moments) must be uploaded together with some kind of confirmation of data sent. Best if this could also have some kind of backup sent to Dropbox.
    A bonus if it′s possible to take a photo and connect to the form with a link after upload to online storage.
