Offline message error

Hi, I’m experiencing some trouble with Yith Live Chat Premium. The chat works fine whenever I’m online, but as soon as someones tries to send a message when I’m offline, he or she gets the following error: ‘Something went wrong. Please try again’ I checked if everything is configured properly, and this should be the case. Hope to get your support on this.
