Offline Message Window Second Row Header Gone

  • When I installed this plugin for the WP Chat Support as integration. The offline message window that says “Chat Offline Leave a Message” is the only thing on the header visible. The part that says “We are currently offline. Please leave a message and we’ll get back to you shortly.” is missing.

    this part is missing when I installed this contact form. Please advise.
