    Hello,

    We set the chat operating hours as our office hours.

    But even in office hours, it shows the Offline Messages instead of the options of chat/call.

    If we disable offline messages, it will show the chat/call options then.

    I think the way it should work, is that, it should show the chat/call options during the chat operating hours, even if the offline messages are enabled (the offline messages are supposed to be for when the operating hours are ended)

    You may say “manually enable and disable the offline messages after and before the office hours” but that’s just not the way it should be right?

    Sounds like a bug.

    I hope you fix this (or if I’m missing something here, I appreciate if you guide me through)

    Installed the newest version.

    Cleared cache and made sure there is no cache involved during the test.

    Changed operating hours and tested again. Still it shows the offline messages even during the operating hours. (during the day, randomly it shows the chat/call options. but it doesn’t quiet follow the times we set for it in operating hours)

    I made a video to show you my tests. Emailed it to [email protected].
