Offline Messages getting truncated…

As an example, this is an offline message as viewed by the operators from “history”.
Message:
This is a test of the a b c d e fllkjasd asdlkfjlakjdf alkjasldkfjlakjsdf a asdl…Every message is truncated at the same place.
Our operators need to see the entire message so they can respond to it.
Can this be fixed?
