    Is there an option to have an email sent to an email when an offline order is received? Or is it the same email that is used for all orders? If the same email, wouldn’t it be better to have a notification that an order was placed but pending?

    Do you mean an offline payment? Every single order, regardless of payment method, when submitted sends an email to the email address in the settings.

    Yes, but no way of distinguishing between an order that is paid versus an order that is pending or needs further action.

    Sunshine has Order Statuses. One of them is Pending if an order is placed but has not confirmed any payment.

    But there is no kind of deferentiation of email types when an order is placed. You would have to go to the plugin and check each order. Is there a way to have an email or something that would send a notification for pending payments to a specific email?

    So I want to better understand the root problem. When you get an order you can’t tell what the payment status is. So if they did offline there is no way to know that you should not yet process the order.

    If that is the case, adding the order status to the normal receipt email seems to be the easiest option. There is not a way to send it to separate email addresses based on order status.

    I’m hoping to not have to go to my website every time I have an order come through unless it’s a pending order.

    Adding the order status to the email would be perfect. How can I do this?
