In a quick look,
1) I noticed that your website is not fully secured (that means the https green padlock is not showing over the browser as some non-secure request are within the website)
2) Also, seems like you you have used 2 push notification provider.
a. Firebase and b. OneSignal
At a time both won’t work well, as it swaps the registration process of the respective service worker based on some priorities.
3) Also, the size of the logo you’ve uploaded is also of wrong px. Within the 512*512 px currently, you have used 500*132px size logo. Hope you will correct that too.
Try deactivating both the push notification plugin mentioned above and test it again. Hope that will help you out.
