Hi, We tested your website upon two devices and noticed the offline page is working perfectly. Can you please clear the browsing data and test again?

Before doing the same, please uninstall the PWA added earlier and also make sure that the browser is updated to the latest version.

    Hello Jose
    Thanks for your great assist
We checked iOS 11.4 and add to screen is not showing!?
We activated the related “touch” plugin but still not show. cleared cash but still no results ??

Upon iOS you cannot see any prompt to add the website to homescreen at this moment as it’s not supported by iOS. Currently you need to add it manually by taping the share button within Safari browser like here.

Hi @zagrox, Upon PWABuilder you need to manually edit and upload the files for PWA functionalities and SuperPWA all the PWA features are provided via our plugin and can build easily PWA without any need of manually editing the website file’s.

@theo93, Can you please let me know at which browser and device you noticed the error mentioned? Also can you please share the screenshot of the error, so that I can have a look upon it.

@josevarghese Thank you for the interest and the fast responce.

    The error is: https://ibb.co/myNRCe

It says that that you cant acces the site and the url is the url of the page i choosed that was not cached.

For offline page i choosed the home page so it should redirect to https://disconto.gr/.

Also can you tell me for how long a cached page can be used?

    Regards

    Hello @josevarghese
All we need is the APK and IPA files to submit in the play & itunes stores.
    What should we do?
    Regards

@theo93 Can you please change the Start Page and Offline Page upon our settings page to some other one and test it again?

    Hi @zagrox,
Our plugin is not providing support for APK and IPA files as we are focused to expand PWA upon websites that helps every users to increase their performance and users upon websites. If you know Android and WebView you can easily build one APK file, more details available here

Hello, I have the same problem on this site: https://www.alessandroarzu.it
    Offline page doesn’t work.
I’ve also emptied the Safari cache on my iPhone.
Is it possible to test if the plugin is working correctly even on Android? I think I have correctly installed the plugin that has also been synchronized with OneSignal.
    Regards
