Offline page not showing

    Hi There
    My PWA is working ok, but when internet is disconnected is not showing defined 404 page in setting of plugin
    Also the default website theme’s offline page is not showing and instead the normal browser error screen is showing!
    Would you please assist me to solve this

  • Hello, I thank you for the very quick response and for having tested my site on Android. I have tested on version 11.4.1 of my iPhone but if imposed on the air mode, for example, it asks me to connect to the wireless.

    Hello, I’m sorry … I realized that unfortunately, since I installed the plugin, my mp4 videos that were linked in the revolution slider do not start anymore on Safari and iPhone. This is a serious problem for the site. Even if you disable the plugin and file manifest the problem persists. I have also emptied the cache but the videos just do not seem to start anymore.

    The plugin had been tested on version 11.4.1.

    Can you please confirm whether the video work perfectly when our plugin is deactivated @artemisia1975 ?

    Hello, yes … I did an analysis from the server that confirmed that the plugin blocked the video loaded on slider revolution on Safari so unfortunately I had to uninstall because for me it was important to have the video view. This problem does not happen if the video is linked by youtube but only if uploaded to WordPress.
