you can change “online/offline” mode in settings window on plugin page in your WordPress OR in settings window in your admin area at https://www.wp-chat.com
There is only one reason, if you don’t see the changed “online/offline” mode – cache of your web browser.
Also, we can’t identified you as our user and we haven’t any information about your account.
