• I ran into a problem where wordpress stopped allowing me to upload new files to my website. I added the plugin and have offloaded a few hundred photos so far, but wordpress is still preventing me from adding new files. Am I doing something wrong? I get an error message – The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2024/06. – when I try to upload a file.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mikegibb,

    This is not a message from the plugin. You can check on your host, could be that you are running out of space.

    Best regards,

    Thanks. I thought offloading the images would free up space. I thought that was the reason for offloading the images in the first place. Did I make an incorrect assumption?

    @mikegibb,

    By default the plugin will not remove the images from the media library. You can, however, enable the “full offload” option in the experimental section of the plugin settings. But please keep in mind that Cloudflare Images are not comparable with Amazon S3 or DigitalOcean Spaces in terms of storage options. Managing the images is tricky and rolling back will require manual modification of the database due to the way the URLs are structured.

    Best regards,
    Anton
