Offset a Post

Hi there,

Is it possible to offset posts? I’m trying to put two different content views on the same page. The first one shows the most recent post, with thumbnail and the rest (the second content view) is presented as a collapsible list.

Obviously, to make this effective, I don’t need the most recent post appearing in the second content view as well.
