Offset above 1000

  • Hi

    I am exporting users in batches from my primary site, and everything works fine up to a user offset of 1000. After that, the dat files no longer export – the process just seems to time out. Any idea what might be going wrong?

  • I’m having the same issue. Most exports fail. Kinda makes the plugin useless unfortunately.

    I’ve found that you can export and import users with one of the other user management plugins, and then activate the sync plugin. Seems to work fine.
