First and foremost try to identify what is breaking things by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Based on that we can see what the next steps need to be ??

I’ve enabled Autoptimize and now it is working (with the previous settings).

I will do more tests and tomorrow give you feedback.

After the cache was rebuild it stopped again. I disabled CSS and upon the chache was rebuild again it works.

try disabling the 3rd (“also aggregate inline CSS”) and if that does not work 2nd (“aggregate CSS”) option?
