    Hello there,
Great plugin with plenty of options! Congratulations!
Although, I am facing an issue with the past time slots.
I fill in the time offset in minutes but it does not seem to work.
Is there a way that I can make it work? Or a code that I can add?
    Thank you in advance.

  • Hello Aliaslina,

Thank you for contacting us and for the good feedback.

I completely understand how inconvenient it is when things don’t work as they should.

We will need your help by doing the following procedures for us to deliver accurate information and solutions.

    1. Check for plugin conflict. Disable 3rd party plugins one by one until you identify the culprit

    2. Please make sure you are utilizing the most recent plugin version.

    3. Could you please check if you are using a caching plugin?

Also, could you try these steps:
Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.

Retest using a private or incognito browser.

    Flush DNS https://blog.hubspot.com/website/flush-dns`

    4. If the problem continues, would you kindly give us your wp-admin logins? and a screenshot or screen recording on how we can replicate it?

    5. As part of debugging process, could you please confirm if you authorise us to make changes to the website? For example deactivating and activating plugins.

Let us know how it goes. We are here for you.

    Best,

    Hello again,
I managed through your steps to fix the issue which was related to a caching plugin that I used.
Every time I enabled the cache I kept seeing the past dates, when I disabled it my issue disappeared!

Thank you so much for that.
Although, is there a way to use any caching plugin, or is this a generic instruction that I should not use any?

    Hello Aliaslina,

I am glad you figured it out.

You can use a caching plugin to speed up the site and manage your account resources efficiently, but you’ll need to configure the caching in a way it won’t affect the performance of our plugin. You can reach out to a caching expert.

Let me know if you have questions.

    Best,
