Offset in responsive not working as expected

Hi there.
Lovely plug in by the way ??

The problem I am having is that my site works fine as desktop but as the site shrinks to mobile the offset doesn’t seem to work. the offset loses the position of the links.
I am using the Headwayframe work and I have a sticky header and have included the offset as:
#wrapper-wir5592c5b5603a1:fixed
which is the wrapper my header elements are in.

Any help greatly appreciated.
