    I am getting so much email from this that I’m about ready to throw the whole www.ads-software.com site into spam. Apparently unclicking that little check box down there:

    Notify me of follow-up replies via email

    Does absolutely nothing apparently unless it accompanies a message. That’s my final guess and this is my final attempt to fix this before I sh*tcan the entire www.ads-software.com site. Hope this works.

    Hi @ronaldljohnson,

    Are you referring to www.ads-software.com email notifications about the replies?
    Using the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” option does indeed apply only when you respond, but it also applies to that specific ticket where you do it.
    You can check all of your tickets and instead click on Unsubscribe link in the sidebar to do that for each one without actually replying.

    If you’re having issues with some Hummingbird emails can you tell me the title of the email so we can understand better what this is referring to?

    I got it all worked out. Of course it was me, and me being frustrated at the time the issue came up as I was working on something else. I revisited it the next day with a fresh morning and a fresh coffee, hopped on the www.ads-software.com site, with my email window open next to it, and between the two I was able to stop the flood of emails that were coming.

    I was getting 10-30 emails everyday with the content being “Yes I installed it and it works great!” or something to that effect.

    But, I had to send the original email and then uncheck the box below, because apparently checking the box by itself does nothing, or at least didn’t work for me, or I just didn’t know what I was doing.

    I do have a spam issue (not plugin related, Akismet is not catching it, and JetPack made it worse so I had to chuck JetPack, which kinda sux) which is why I am back in the forums, but going to either try to find the solution in forums or will post message shortly.
