  • Works OK but the price reflects the support and documentation.

    Unable to copy or paste CSS from or into the editor which is a huge turn off and i’ve now uninstalled.

    The best place to get support for all our products is on the official SiteOrigin forum. We’re very active there https://siteorigin.com/thread/ – we do try answer questions on the www.ads-software.com forum, but unfortunately this isn’t always possible.

    There’s a link to this forum on the plugin page. It’s a bit hidden. I’ll be sure to fix that.

    As for your issue – I replied to your support thread. My guess is that this is a plugin conflict issue.

    I agree with Greg. I’ve been using the plugin for a couple of sites, and have had no issues copying or pasting.

    I had a request posted on the forum and got an answer in less than 90 minutes. My problem was solved with that answer. 5 star plugin and 5 star support. And nope, I posted on the free users forum, I don’t have their premium theme version. I offered a tip for their help and great plugins, but they refused. Now how cool is that?

    Never had a copy and paste issue with this plugin.
