• It is a stable plug and compatible with Mailchimp but the API connection to Mailchimp has forgotten an important point: the e-mail notification when applications are sent. Mailchimp update the audience list correctly BUT does not send the notification of “new entry” to the admin and also the “thank you” message to the applicant is not sent, although they were set up correctly on mailchimp.

    You can turn on double opt-in. With double opt-in turned off the subscriber is seen as “imported” as per Mailchimp policy.

    Our Premium add-on has it’s own email notification build in that will always work as soon as the form is submitted.

    Yes great it works so. Then you deserve 1 star more. I suggest to leave a warning note on the swttings so that it is clear, or to add a check field for compliance so that mailchimp will consider the entry as a valid subscriber ??
