Ok Facebook but no feed Instagram?

    Hi guys,

    Thanks for the plug-ins.
    I just have a weird bug.
    I can make it work great with Facebook shop: catalog is present, no problems or issues listed.

    But even if the catalog appears on Instagram, it won’t let me pick it up neither tag any products.

    My account was approved and business.
    The set up is correct.

    I am wondering if for IG, some more meta or specification are necessary in the feed?

    Facebook: BackAfter by K
    IG: backafter.official

    Last: maybe is it necessary to get the pro version which we are considering?

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Feeds for Facebook should 1-on-1 work for Instagram. They can both use the same feed and that should work fine.

    Perhaps you can reach out to their support asking what is wrong?

    Hi,

    thanks for your confirmation. If it shows on facebook, it shall on IG.
    Now, i need to find a way to contact facebook support which seems to be unsuccessful so far.
