• I’ll start with the basics.
    Nice plugin. Easy to setup. Easy to use. Just some custom post types.
    However there are a few issues. It doesn’t integrate very well with your current theme. Any theme. You cannot have styling above or below the kb on the kb page. It creates a default kb page on install with shortcode. Creating a different page with the same shortcode doesn’t really work.
    But the biggest thing for me is the lack of responsive support. This plugin is not responsive while its creators claim ‘Fully RESPONSIVE’ on the description tab. Yes in caps. I raised the issue on support forum and they said, yep, there’s fixed width, we may address it in future. That’s good. The support appears to be responsive. But if you know your plugin is not responsive why claim it is? Also, makes me wonder about the quality of code in general while the creators claim A when it’s B in fact.

    Actually, I think the fixed width css slipped back in at last release due to a version control issue. We will sort it out at next release which is imminent.
