• I installed one of their themes and i had a problem with the cart. Unfortunatelly, when i asked for support i faced a lot of issues and they didn’t even bothered to take a quick look and see what was the problem. I have sent countless emails and made a forum post to try and get support, but no luck unfortunatelly. Ultimatelly, i ended up changing the theme to fix my issue. I fail to see how they can expect anyone to upgrade to premium themes when they don’t offer support and don’t even try to fix their own software issues.
