OK to delete files and folders from wp-content/cache?

  • I’m having issues on my VPS account on InMotion Hosting. The server is full and InMotion says it’s because of the size of the cache folder in wp-content. Of course, that’s Swift Performance Lite and there’s of folders in there. It is safe to delete all the folders in there? Or will the site get damaged?
