Actually, that’s not correct. We do allow embedding of all videos (not just YouTube) if you follow the WordPress embedding guidelines: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Embeds

We’ve supported this since probably 2.x. If you place this in the Description field, it will indeed allow you to display video.

If there are other “missing elements” you can elaborate on, perhaps we can help shed light on how you can do that with Business Directory.

How do I make it 5 stars? Do I submit a new rating? I can’t seem to change the current one.

Thanks for reconsidering. Yes, you should be able to change the rating by clicking on the stars you gave it on this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/business-directory-plugin/

On the right side, under the various star counts, there should be a “My Rating”. Click on your new rating, that should do it!
