• Hi guys!

Great work on the Media manager, it is now super easy and intuitive for the client to work, much like the social media experience. But for me and the custom themes I’ve doing, I missing the gallery tab.

In the old media uploader, you would upload the images inside a post – those images became attached to that post and a gallery tab formed. For the themes I just get the images attached and manipulate them without need for the final user to insert gallery or images in the post. My clients just move the images in the order they want in the gallery tab, save the changes and the frontend changed as well.

Now, the media uploader don’t see (or show at least) the images that are attached to the post, don’t show a gallery tab, even if I create a new gallery (at least in my theme, I don’t know if this is a support I have to put in functions).

It would be really nice if I can still have the gallery tab with this new interface, which is awesome! I’m really excited in the direction WordPress is going, it’s more and more responsive and user friendly. Great work!

Is there any programming that can be done to “fix” this for me?

    Best Regards,
    Tiago
