Old backup restore

    I have backup of the gallery which was created 6 months ago. I’m changing my hosting provider and I wish to use my old backup to restore gallery settings. Is it possible to use such old backup in current gallery version?
    Main problem that I’m already removed current gallery from current hosting server, so only one way to restore it for me it’s use this old gallery settings backup. Please help me or guide me to the most correct restore process.

    You can use standard backup module of the gallery. Just select properly backup mode. You can make backup of the galleries settings and full backup with all images resource.
    On new location just restore this backup with the same backup settings of fresh installed gallery from directory.
