Old cookies

    Hi. I have tested some plugings and I have uninstalled them, but their cookies remain. I have cleaned the cache and I have cleaned the cookies in the browser, but they are there. Your plugin detect the cookies, but they appear in red and they have no service asociated. My site is https://prueba.unifilomedia.net/politica-de-cookies-ue/. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

    It seems to concern the below plugins, so could you verify that they have been uninstalled:
    – EU Cookies Bar
    – Cookie Law Info

    When clearing Google Chrome’s cache to do a re-scan in Complianz: Set the time period to “Everything”, and make sure to clear all available data.

    If the Cookies still appear in the list after verifying removal of the plugins + clearing browser cache, you can remove the Cookies manually (Wizard > Cookies > Cookie descriptions) by clicking the arrow in front of them, then “Delete”.

    When checking the site, it seems that the old cookies you mentioned in your original post have now been removed, so I’m marking this thread as resolved for now.
