Old cron jobs stacked up

    Hello,

    iThemes Security version: 7.2.0
    WordPress version: 4.9.8

    Any recommendations on how to safely clean up old cron jobs stacked up called itsec_cron?

  • Add the line below to the wp-config.php file:

    define('ITSEC_DEBUG', true);

    This will add an extra menu option to the Security menu named Debug.
    Navigate to the Security->Debug menu option.

    The Scheduler section will show all itsec cron jobs. Which cron job type is stacking up ?
    Anyway try and click the Reset button. No guarantees though ??

    Thanks @nlpro! I’ve clicked on the reset button and that seems to have cleared the itsec cron jobs going back to May thru Nov 2018.

    Great.
    So was it a particular type of cron job stacking up ? Or was it any type ?

    Fingers crossed they won’t stack up again … ??
