    Hey there,

first of I’d like to thank you for your really great theme!
I really love it and use it for over 6 months now and am really happy with it!

When I logged in and checked the updates tab I saw you’re going to drop support for the custom CSS built into the theme, which is sad for me to hear but I understand the reasons behind your decision (read other posts about that).

I used custom CSS mainly to tweak font sizes and styles on my page. My problem now is though that when I navigate to Customization/other Options section where the Custom CSS used to be I can’t access the CSS that I typed there anymore. (
Stupidly enough I upgraded to 4.2.2 before updating your theme so I couldn’t even access that CSS before the update)

After the update my fonts seemed to be really really large and something wasn’t quite right and I thought that the custom CSS simply got deleted when upgrading your theme. Later on while inspecting the code through chrome I found out that the custom CSS still gets inserted into the index.php, but I can’t access or change it anymore.
Long story short: Where’s the custom CSS saved? I tried to reinstall the theme by deleting the theme folder and reloading it but it still had the same problems (and all the info I added through the Customizing options) so I figure that isn’t saved in the theme folder, right?

    Thanks for your help ??

I got creative, copied the code of the “other options” section in the /inc/customizer.php of a 3.0.4 Version and replaced it with what was there in the same file on the latest version and voila, I was able to clear out the text & restore to “basic” mode.
I’d love to still have this around though, since you wouldn’t need to install a different plugin just for that.
If you ‘remove’ the feature, would my above used method still work or would you kill the whole implementation?

Did you by any chance find out where the old custom css code additions are located?
(My site is still running with the custom css i had added when it was allowed in the theme customizer)

Have you guys managed to fix it ? Can this be marked as resolved ?

    Thanks.
